Developing Skills and providing livelihood is a major challenge in Malawi.
Our sustainability programmes aims to up skill individuals to provide them with the knowledge, skills, tools and resources that will empower them to earn a livelihood.
Our Tailoring programme in partnership with Al-Falah Education trust provides women in particular Widows, with education, support and training in tailoring so they can return to their home and continue to earn a living.
The nine month programme includes social life skills, and tailoring programme.
Each participant is then given a sewing machine and a starter pack to continue earning their livelihood.
Aim: To improve skills and improve the livelihood opportunities for women
Objectives: The programme objectives are; 1. To produce excellent primary level muallimahs 2. To produce good tailors who can successfully ran a tailoring class
